Stourbridge II XV known as the Lions were formed in 2002 and have figured strongly in the league structure since it began. They have recently become champions of Midlands 2 West, and have gained promotion. Other achievements include promotion in the 2016 -2017 season and played in Midlands 1 West – (level 6) during the 2018-19 & 2019-20 seasons. They were league winners in the 2016 - 2017 season.
